SHIPPING: for prints & paper goods

After placing your order, your items will be packaged and shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days. By using USPS mail, your delivery estimate after shipping is within 1-6 business days. 

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: for prints & paper goods

Unfortunately at this time, I do not accept exchanges or refunds except under the following 2 circumstances: 


1. An item is lost in USPS mail and is not marked as delivered after 15 business says of placing your order. If this is the case, I will happily refund you the cost or ship you a new item free of charge. Please contact me in the case of this event, and I will work with you!


2. An item was received as damaged. If this is the case, please send me a photo to verify damage. A 100% refund will be given, or a replacement item can be sent to you free of charge. Again, please contact me in the case of this event, and I am happy to work with you!


Under any other circumstances, I currently do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. 

 


SHIPPING: for commissioned paintings

Timelines for commissioned pieces vary. When your piece is completed, I will send you a photo of your custom painting! Once the remaining deposit is received via invoice, your painting will be shipped via USPS. Please not that works over 40 x 40 are currently available for local pick-up only. 

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: for commissioned paintings

Commissioned paintings are uniquely created and therefore will reflect my abstract & transforming style. While I always hope for you to love your piece,  edits are not guaranteed. With discussion, they may be considered. If you decide the piece does not work for you, you are not bound to purchase. You may instead use your non-refundable 50% deposit as store credit to purchase an item in the online shop!

Please know that my priority is for authentic connection. We will be in frequent communication & collaboration to ensure the chances of of this are rare!
